About Thomas

Sport has always been an enormously important and fulfilling part of my life. In my work as a trainer, I am happy every time anew to pass on my knowledge as well as my passion to people and thus increase their physical and mental well-being. 
In 2016 I graduated as a teacher in English and Physical Education. As a self-employed personal trainer in Vienna and the surrounding area, I place special emphasis on the holistic approach to physical and mental fitness.
