Manuel Frank

Graduate fitness trainer and certified spine trainer

Opening of my own health center Go active in St. Pölten!

„I'd been thinking about pursuing a career in sports for quite some time.“

Opening Our Own Fitness Center

After completing our training, we began preparations to establish our health center, named Go active. We currently offer health-focused group training sessions through Go active. In addition, I also work as a trainer at various companies.
On August 14, 2016, the big day will finally arrive , and we’ll open our large, modern health center, Go active, in St. Pölten. Our training programs are designed to offer a comprehensive, health-focused full-body workout to help our clients stay fit throughout their lives and make their daily routines easier.

We offer a comprehensive training program

Our training sessions range from preventive back exercises and relaxation sessions to high-intensity interval training.
Our team consists of fitness and personal trainers, physical therapists, doctors, nutritionists, and dietitians. My goal is to help people realize how important their bodies and a healthy diet are! Because that’s the only way to stay fit well into old age!
