Hello, my name is Manfred Gloser. I’m 54 years old, and in 2016–2017 I completed the “” certified running coach program at.
Even as a teenager, I was passionate about sports. I tried my hand at cycling, tennis, golf, and track and field, and practiced all of these sports as an amateur. For the past 20 years, I’ve been practicing various types of yoga to cultivate inner balance and mental strength. This helps me tackle tough, demanding competitions and new challenges with greater ease and resilience. Running has always been a part of my life and my “athletic career.”
At age 50, it became a true passion—a way of life. True to the motto “If you don’t know the PATH, you won’t find your GOAL,” I redefined my path and embarked on a career as a coach. The training program at the Flexyfit Sports Academy helped me gain a deeper understanding of the processes that take place in our bodies during exercise and taught me key concepts for scientifically sound training planning. The excellent value for money, the flexible class schedules, the extensive course offerings, and the reputation of the training institute were the main reasons I chose to pursue the running coach certification program at the Flexyfit Sports Academy.
It wasn’t just the expert knowledge of our instructors—especially Christian Almer and Benno Benesch — that made this training essential for me. We completed the practical sessions together on Prater-Hauptallee; they were very intense and challenging—exactly what’s needed for athletic training.
I’m currently getting started with individual running training sessions and running camps in Mallorca , and I’m confident that with the knowledge I gained here and my wealth of experience—drawn from my athletic pursuits and my professional experience as a manager for industrial robots at a global company— I can help sports enthusiasts achieve their personal goals.
